ABOUT US

ABOUT THE WORKFLOW REBOOT

At Workflow Reboot, we believe SMEs deserve the same clarity, efficiency, and performance tools that big corporates rely on — without the jargon, cost, or disruption.

Our 4-stage process — Review, Blueprint, Implement, Optimise & Support — has been shaped by years of experience in corporate change management, project delivery, and business leadership. We’ve applied these methods in real businesses, tested what works, and built a practical system designed specifically for SMEs.

We focus on two things: measurable productivity (time saved, fewer errors, faster turnaround) and people-first adoption. That means we don’t just install systems — we help your team embrace them so changes actually stick.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

We’re passionate about the future of work. That means bringing in the right technology, including AI where it makes sense, to free people from repetitive admin and give them time for the work that matters.

We also contribute to the national conversation: through Be The Business, a UK policy group focused on SME productivity, we stay at the cutting edge of research and best practice — and bring those insights directly to our clients.

OUR FOUNDER

Born in London and now based in Edinburgh, I have been surrounded by businesses my entire life. My career began at Thomson Reuters, where I worked across Change Management, Technical Authoring, Communications, and Project Management — gaining first-hand experience of how large organisations manage complexity and adapt to change.

Alongside this corporate foundation, I have founded and run multiple businesses in different industries, each time applying workflow design and automation to unlock growth and efficiency.

Beyond the private sector, I served as National Policy Lead for the FSA in Creative Industries and LGBT Business, and was also part of the Scotland Policy Unit, shaping policies to support business innovation and inclusion.

Today, as a proud Be the Business Ambassador, I focus on helping UK SMEs boost productivity and sustainability. My unique perspective comes from being rooted both in the arts and creative industries and grounded in a solid corporate background. This blend allows me to see opportunities and challenges from multiple angles — and to design workflows that are not only efficient, but also human-centred and adaptable.
