About Workflow Reboot

Most businesses don’t really have a tools problem. They’ve usually got enough tools already. The issue is how everything fits together.

Over time, things get layered on: new systems, quick fixes, ways of working that made sense at the time and before long, simple things take longer than they should.

You end up:

  • doing the same work twice
  • checking multiple places for the same information
  • making decisions without the full picture

Nothing is completely broken. It just feels harder than it should. That’s the point where I usually get brought in.

Workflow Reboot is about stepping back, looking at how your business actually runs day to day, and simplifying what’s going on behind the scenes.

Sometimes that involves automation. Sometimes AI. Often it’s just fixing structure.

The aim is straightforward:

  • less admin
  • clearer visibility
  • faster decisions
  • a business that feels easier to run

How We Approach It

We don’t start with tools.

We start with how work actually moves through your business.

Where it starts, where it gets stuck, where things get repeated or lost.

From there, we simplify it and put something in place that actually works in practice — not just on paper.

The focus is always the same:

Make things clearer. Make things easier. Make it stick.

    About The Founder

I’ve worked with small businesses across the UK — both at a national level and inside businesses day to day — and the same thing comes up again and again:

Things get more complicated than they need to be.

My background includes change management at Thomson Reuters, alongside running my own businesses in different industries. I’ve also worked with the Federation of Small Businesses at a national level, which gave me a broader view of how widespread these issues are.

But the useful part isn’t the job titles.

It’s seeing the same problems repeat across completely different businesses — and understanding how to simplify them.

That’s what Workflow Reboot is built on.

Practical changes that make businesses easier to run.
