Simple, non-technical sessions designed to help small businesses reduce admin, improve workflows, and make better decisions day-to-day.
Delivered across the UK and Europe through venues including Clockwise Co-working Spaces.
These sessions focus on how work actually runs day-to-day, not theory, not tools in isolation. The aim is to give people practical ways to reduce friction, save time, and feel more in control of their workload.
At the moment we run three practical workshop sessions that work well for co-working members and small teams. They’re all non-technical and focused on everyday working practice rather than tools or trends.
A practical session on where AI genuinely saves time in routine admin (email, quoting, follow-ups, paperwork) and where it’s often better avoided. The emphasis is on clarity and safe, realistic use rather than hype.
Focused on judgement: what to automate, what to ignore, and how to avoid overcomplicating operations with too many systems or platforms.
A session on structuring workload, managing multiple income streams and reducing reactive work. This one looks at how people organise themselves before layering in tools or automation.
