To enter the quarterly prize draw:
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Entrants do not need to subscribe to Read the Room emails or event-host communications.
Unless stated otherwise, a person may receive one entry for each eligible event survey completed during the relevant quarterly period.
Duplicate, fraudulent or automated entries may be removed.
The prize draw operates quarterly:
Entries close at 23:59 UK time on the final day of each period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the relevant closing date.
The prizes for the relevant quarter are:
Offered by each Host or Organiser participating in the draw as well as services by Workflow Reboot.
The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless the promoter decides otherwise.
Where circumstances outside our reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant entry period.
A fair random-selection process will be used and recorded by the promoter.
One winner per prize offered.
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
The winner must respond within 14 days.
If the selected winner:
we may select another winner at random.
The winner is not required to participate in publicity.
We will not publish the winner’s full name, photograph, business details or contact information without separate permission.
We may disclose limited winner information where required to demonstrate that the prize was awarded or to comply with a regulator or legal obligation.

We may amend, suspend or cancel the draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
We will act fairly and seek not to disadvantage existing entrants unnecessarily.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, except where an entrant has the right under consumer law to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these terms.
A genuine free draw can be run commercially, but it must remain within the legal boundary separating free draws from unlawful lotteries. The Gambling Commission recommends that organisers understand the requirements before operating one.
