The survey takes around two minutes and helps reveal:
Hosts receive combined findings rather than individual responses. Attendee contact details are stored separately and are shared only where someone has specifically opted in.

For regular events, Read the Room can also begin to show how the audience and its needs are changing over time.
Read the Room is designed to support hosts, not judge or rank their events.
Read the Room surveys are optional. Hosts receive only combined, anonymous findings and do not see individual responses.
Attendees can also choose to receive future Read the Room insights. As the service develops, this may include personal reflections across the networking events they attend.
Attendees who complete an eligible Read the Room survey can choose to enter the quarterly prize draw.
Prizes are contributed by Read the Room, Workflow Reboot and participating hosts or event partners. The available prizes may vary from one draw to the next.
Entry is free. You do not need to subscribe to Read the Room updates or host communications to enter.
Prize details will be shared before each quarterly draw closes.
